The hopper has been increased in length from 1.00 Mts to 2.00 Mtr long x 1.50 Mts high (to allow for large sections of foam rubber to be loaded into the charging chamber).
An access ladder and platform has been fitted to the feed hopper (for easy access to allow for the un-blocking of the hopper in the event of the bridging of materials).

The baling chamber has been increased from 4 to 6 tie wires (this is because foam has a large memory and will try to revert back to its original shape when removed from the baler. This puts a large amount of pressure on the standard 4 ties therefore 6 are required). Less wire can be used for other applications.
